Flenory & Associates, LLC is “The Lighthouse of HR, the Future of your success!”
Flenory & Associates, LLC was established in 2001 in Sacramento, California. Marcellas A. Flenory, Sr, started Flenory & Associates as a sole proprietorship. Flenory & Associates relocated to Dallas, Texas to meet the increased demand in Human Resources and Organization Development Consulting by small and medium sized companies within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Now, Flenory & Associates, LLC serves all facets of business, in respect to human capital and resources.

Flenory & Associates, LLC consult small to medium sized companies, organizations, and governmental agencies (Federal, State, and Local) on how to streamline their business process(es) to reduce their cost, while increasing their revenue. We develop, implement, and execute business and human capital strategies and initiatives that reduce the need for eliminating employees but reduce waste (time and materials) and improved productivity and efficiency.

We promote the philosophy, “Never eliminate your greatest asset, but invest in it wisely and it will exceed your rate of return a hundredfold.” ~ Marcellas A. Flenory Sr., MBA
